I have been a practicing attorney for over 35 years in the areas of Family Law, Adoptions, Mediation, Probate, Wills and Estates, Personal Injury and Military Law.

My practice is based upon my concern to even the playing field for my clients.  Integrity is very important to me because it was instilled into me by a strong family, the Marine Corps and my faith.

I have a BS from Indiana University '74 and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University '77.  I obtained the rank of Capt in the USMC on active duty and retired as a LtCol in the USAF Reserve.  I am an Elder in my church and my wife and I have three great children.

I am licensed in Texas, California, Indiana and Colorado.  I am also qualified to practice in Federal District Court, Court of MIlitary Appeals and the US Supreme Court.
