Currently serving as Court appointed Judge Pro Tem for El Dorado and Placer County Superior Courts, hearing settlement conferences. Recently accepted to participate in the Voluntary Dispute Resolution Program for the United States District Court, Eastern District of California.
Extensive practice having served as a settlement judge/mediator, national counsel supervising coordinated defense of chemical and pharmaceutical companies sued in relation to exposure claims, represented clients in litigation, served as oversight, monitoring and coordinating of local counsel in litigation, currently serve as counsel for multiple California construction businesses, and am the personal client representative in a wide variety of personal injury tort claims while also representing clients in business and insurance disputes.
