Kevin’s practice is focused on contract negotiation, administrative, civil, and commercial litigation, and the representation of and counsel to conservation organization. In addition to Kevin’s work as an attorney and alternative dispute resolution practitioner, he also considers himself a committed environmental activist.
After graduating from Florida State University, College of Law, Kevin was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as an Appellate Mediator. He also served as public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for almost 20 years.
