My practice is a solo practice in Raleigh, NC, focusing on Mediation, Abuse/Neglect/Dependency Juvenile Court cases, Criminal Defense, (including Driving Offenses), and some Family Law matters.
As a solo practitioner, my goal is to give personal attention to every client to ensure their satisfaction.
I entered the legal profession because I wanted to help people. My previous history in business, and as a software manager before entering the legal profession, affords me the practical experience needed to understand people, interact with people, and best represent them.
My Criminal Practice focuses on understanding the client’s particular situation and particular needs, and working closely with the client to best handle any accusations regarding specific crimes of which they might be accused. It is vitally important that the Criminal client and the Defense Attorney work as a team to best help the client.
My Family Law Practice focuses on helping the client work through a difficult family problem, achieve a desirable result, and move on with his/her life. Often this means helping calm an emotional situation, effecting a reasonable solution.
My Mediation Practice is a practice of mediating disputes in Superior Court cases or Family Law cases. I focus on helping people feel a little more comfortable going through the difficult process of mediating disputes to avoid costly Court trials
