International Commercial Arbitration: The intense training program at the Institute for International Commercial Arbitration is designed to produce panel-ready arbitrators. Successful students are equipped with detailed knowledge of the applicable international treaties and conventions, significant national laws, BITs, and the various institutions that offer arbitration management.
