Jenna is an international speaker, writer and an authentic leader. With an MBA in international business practices and a background in law, she practices as a mediator and trainer with sensitivities and specialisations in the following areas:

- Arts mediation (Actors, musicians and other artists)
- Business and team conflict
- Cross-border/cross-culture dispute resolution
- Mental Health
- Domestic Violence
- Matrimonial and child centred mediation

Driven by social change through private sector initiatives, Jenna has consulted with and mediated for various small to medium sized social businesses in Toronto, New York, Dubai, India, Afghanistan and Thailand.

Behind the Business, Jenna is a travel writer for the Huffington Post and an international speaker (including TEDx Dubai). She writes poetry and performs spoken word and stand-up comedy. She loves expressing herself through Art including dance (hip hop, Zouk, dancehall and Bollywood) and music (DJing). A Yoga Instructor with the international Yoga Alliance and yoga junkie through and through.
